FIRMAMENTO EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL 2022

FIRMAMENTO olive oil is born on the slopes of the Douro, coming from centuries-old olive groves, revealing a unique character. With the monitoring of the Fábrica Douro olive oil specialist, each stage of the olive oil production process is improved.
Cold extraction process, with a controlled temperature below 27ºC. At the end of the production process, there is a decantation period of around 3 to 4 months to ensure that the organoleptic characteristics undergo limited changes.
