The nose with a harmonious, complex and elegant character takes on notes of red fruit mixing with light floral nuances and some hints of heather. In the mouth it takes on a freshness and complexity, with the tannins standing out in an elegant way. The wine has a long and smooth aftertaste.
Its pairing is ideal with cheeses and red meats, although not very spicy. It should be decanted 1 hour before serving, at a temperature of 17 - 18º C.
